Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order once delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and get you a replacement or store credit if replacement is unavailable. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, name, and issues.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You must work with the shipping provider.
